Pas de climatisation(35 degré dehors) Robinetterie de la douche descellée Accoudoir du canapé décroché Cela fait beaucoup. Cette chambre (0005) n'aurait pas dû être louée.Je demande le remboursement.

Personnel aimable et à l'écoute. Les 2 lits de la chambre étaient confortables avec matelas Bultex Résidence très calme et très bien située.

Ameublement vétuste. Un premier appartement avec une douche sans eau. Une TV hors service. L’hôtesse nous en a attribué un autre. Le 2ème appartement avec un frigo trop petit (plus petit que le premier). La banquette lit bruyante et inconfortable très vétuste. (ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles !) Le pommeau de la baignoire fuyait. La moquette de la résidence est sale.

PERSONNEL SYMPATHIQUE ET A L'ECOUTE

J'avais demandé lors de ma réservation une chambre coté rivière , ceci par téléphone . Mon interlocutrice m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait aucun problème et que ma demande serait satisfaite. A mon arrivée , II m'a été attribué une chambre coté parking. La moquette des couloirs, mis à part le troisième étage, mériterait grandement d'être changée.
