For stays of more than 2 nights, a quick clean is carried out with no change of sheets or towels. End-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. For bookings of more than 5 rooms or 12 people, special conditions apply. Bachelor parties and similar celebrations are not permitted in the hotel. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival after 15:00. This amount must be paid by credit card. This amount will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure. The amount will be fully refunded to your credit card if no damage has been found by the establishment. It is possible to arrive outside reception opening hours, simply contact the residence in advance.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
