"Good"

Manager was nice and helpful. Property is old—probably built in the 40’s or 50’s. While they do provide breakfast, it is very skimpy.

I paid 130$ for each room with 2 Queen Beds. 30 min drive to famous Kancamagus Scenic drive.

Old run down small cottage, need alot more remodeling, paper pictures are stuck on with tape, strong musty old odor. Breakfast was decent bagels and cereal.

The new owners are fixing up the property and are doing a great job. We mixed up the check in times and he was able to help us out. I definitely would stay there again.
