May always stay at Doubletree Hotels, pleasant staff, clean rooms and of course fresh warm cookies. Love it

Did not have breakfast or coffee

Apparently the staff checked the wrong person into room 321 when I checked in (which seemed to take forever), so one of the staff called me at 4AM no less to ask me "who I was". Being a light sleeper, I just got up, packed and left. This should've waited until a more decent time. In addition, they should've known the night before. Around 9-9:30 I tried to connect to the WIFI from my room. I couldn't connect so I called the front desk from the room. I explained this to the lady on the phone, explaining to her that I was using my last name (Wood) and room # (321). She said, "oh you should use "Moore". That worked, of course. I did tell her that "Moore" was not my last name but she just shook it off. I'll be coming to Greensboro more often on business and will pass this place by.

Heather was amazing and so personable. Easy check in and made it fun! Aloni at the Bar was a great bartender and server! Kuddos to the cooks as well on 8/17/25! The food was amazing! The pool was nice and loved enjoying the sunset on the patio. We will be back next year!

The bed was very comfortable. Room clean, shower very hot! Only complaint was there were no pull out sofas, or roll away beds. I would stay again, just get a double bed.

Everything was clean and comfortable

Wet rug by the air conditioner so they switched out room. No body wash in either room. No coffee refills for the next day. This was after asking for both items.

I would recommend this hotel. The rooms and lobby were renovated and very nice. The hallways were dark, worn, and needed to be renovated. The elevator was broken.Staff was excellent. The area was not unsafe, but felt sketchy. For the money, it is a great value.
