"Estadia muito agradável"

Usufruímos e gostámos da piscina. Pequeno-almoço continental bom. Funcionários e a comunicação da unidade hoteleira com o cliente; a mesma enfrentava dificuldades técnicas no funcionamento dos ACs e, dias antes, tivemos possibilidade de cancelar a reserva sem qualquer tipo de penalidade para o cliente. Optámos por manter a reserva e a estadia foi óptima (mesmo sem os ACs operacionais). Pedimos substituição das almofadas a um membro da equipa da limpeza após da primeira noite, o que foi prontamente feito, com muita simpatia.

Gostei da localização, do conforto das camas e das condições envolventes, tais como zonas exteriores de lazer.

Má qualidade do isolamento sonoro entre os quartos. O chuveiro não estavam a funcionar na sua totalidade.

Os quartos remodelados estão mais modernos e apelativos. Camas como sempre confortáveis. Jardim. A sopa de cenoura estava tão boa. Pessoal esforçado, simpáticos.

Limpeza WC podia estar melhor. Barulho.
