La Quinta by Wyndham Lindale

The room was big, clean and very nice. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The room was quiet even though it was on the side of the hotel facing I-25. Excellent breakfast with variety every morning. The hotel has 4 stories, and there was an elevator steps from my room.

While the room was great, the rest of the facility is pretty beat. The inside of the elevator looked like it had been through a war. There's a nice little grassy area in the center of the hotel where the pool is, but it's overgrown with weeds and needs to be mowed. The hotel was crowded, and the breakfast room was usually full -- hard to find a seat. And it took forever to get hot water up to the 3rd floor.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. It was in a safe location. The room smelt musty, and I had to use perfume spray to clear the air.

You could tell the room had been remodeled, but there was a section. They did not complete that was hidden behind the desk. The shampoo and conditioners were in small tubes that only one person could use if they didn’t have a lot of hair! I needed two bottles of each.

Breakfast was a good selection and stocked. Food was warm, tasted good and a good variety. Location was quiet and calming. Staff was friendly.

Toilet was too short, not handicap height. Need to clean hot tub. Pool very small but great that it's heated.

The location was good. The room had an awful odor!

The breakfast was better than I thought it would be. The location was perfect with lots of parking spaces. The staff was friendly and took care of what few problems there were.

You can tell this is a much older La Quinta. Couldn’t get our tv to work, the phone was dead in our room, and there was no luggage rack to set our bag on. They took care of the tv and luggage rack. Toilet seat was loose and had to be tighten and it was wet when used by my wife. No body washes or shampoos provided by the hotel. Used the small bar of soap to shower. Just notice places where area seems rusty or in need of a good scrubbing.
