I was charged a very large fee for “emails and phone calls” I have my own phones and did not use this service they said it was a pool fee for my family coming to swim for less than two hours (this is nowhere in the policy).

Overall, the room and hotel were nice; location was great and perfect for us. We absolutely LOVED seeing the cows come up by the trees and window when we were eating breakfast each morning!!! That was so Texas and absolutely cool. One of the counter staff members said the farm was for sale and the cows may go away. We sure hope that's not the case and/or something can be worked out to keep them around. This was my favorite part of the hotel and our stay!!!

WE thought there could have been a little more variety in the breakfast menu. Overall, it was good, but pretty heavy on the carbs. A few more healthy options (like fresh fruit, granola, etc.) would be welcomed.

Not clean

Greeted wurh a smile. Handles Expediently . Provided detaiĺs. And options

Our first room: 1) The air coming from the AC unit smelled of cigarette smoke; this was a nonsmoking room; 2) there was black mildew/mold in the grout above the rim of the tub. We went back down to the front desk. Initially the clerk didn't believe me "We don't allow smoking in the rooms." In addition, she said, "We don't have another room on the 4th floor." I never asked for the 4th floor. I only asked to not be on the 1st floor. We were given another room. The grout above the rim of the tub was better; but the AC unit was filthy!! I cleaned it myself with antibacterial wipes. It, however, didn't smell like cigarette smoke. The continental breakfast was better than I thought it would be. Lots of options; the food was hot; and the staff kept replenishing the hot items.

The location

It looks to be run down, the rooms could look better, old and broken furniture

The front desk agents were extraordinary, our room was in a very quiet location, room was clean. Plenty of parking considering we had a car hauler

Great location w beautiful view. Loved that there is biscuits and gravy for brekfast.
