Nice hotel with excellent location, beach and sun bed area is good, the spa facilities were nice and where included in the price, very friendly reception staff giving great information at checkin. Room was a good size with nice sea view.

Our room was under the breakfast / dining room and from 07:30 we could hear the chairs and tables being dragged across the floor, dinner menu very limited especially for vegan / vegetarian. we returned to our room on the first day to find the balcony doors open we asked about this at reception and they said it was normal for the cleaner to leave them open so our room was left unsecured all day because the adjoining rooms could access our balcony very easily, this did not happen again after complaining. Overall the hotel needs updating and general maintenance, it is getting tired.

Our stay was fantasic. The hotel is very beautiful in a great location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Amazing sea view, great restraunt and even a decent gym. We highly recommend staying here.

Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. They provided nice toiletries and changed the towels regularly. We had a large balcony with a great waterfront view. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices including eggs the way you wanted them. The servers were great, friendly and helpful. The is a bus stop right in front of the property and we used buses to get around the island. A short walk from the hotel is a very nice local pizzeria and also a supermarket.

We did not find anything that needed improvement.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym equipment is excellent and clean for a small hotel gym and provides exactly what you need. The sea area is very impressive with a bar and drinks service to your lounger. The room was clean and spacious. In terms of accessibility there is a bus stop literally 4m outside the hotel which runs regularly from ischia port and costs a few euros. The views from the hotel are stunning and I would say it is definitely value for money considering other prices of the hotels with such a view and swimming area. The staff knew we were getting married only a few days later and upon leaving gave us a small gift which was unexpected and lovely!

One thing I would have like is some more snacky options by the pool as most of them were restaurant dishes that you can eat for lunch at the outdoor restaurant. Maybe a vegetarian salad of panuozzo/pannis etc would have been great, a few more light bites.

This was my favorite hotel stay ever!

Mirella and Rosemarie were so kind and helpful. The waiter staff were so polite and accommodating. They all made our stay wonderful.

The only complaint I would have loved to have facial tissues.
