Hotel La Madonnina

Loved the loungers by the sea Rooms were big , nice products in bathroom Property was very clean Lunch by the sea was very good

Staff were rude - seemed much happier to interact with Italians Refused us pancakes at 9 52 as they “take too long to cook” -breakfast served till 10 Not much around the area so we ended up going to port Ischia -40e return in taxi !! Tried the bus but 2 passed our stop as they were full -really missed a pool especially as they loungers were closed even to sit out on 2 of our 3 days as the sea was too rough

It was absolutely beautiful. I stayed at another property in Ischia and this was by far the more comfortable stay. The bed was great and so was the bedding. The staff that greeted me at reception upon arrival was lovely and helpful. The beach area is fantastic! Unfortunately I wasn’t allowed in the water during my stay but this was at no fault of the hotel as the conditions were dangerous. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a night so I could have a relaxing night in and recover from a lot of drinking and partying. Hence, I tried to watch Netflix and the staff on reception at the time was very unhelpful. I said I’d tried to connect but she said she was busy and couldn’t help so I never connected. Previous hotels I’ve stayed at have had an engineer or someone else to come up to the room to assist.

Such a beautiful resort! Breakfast was outstanding and lots to choose from! Everyone was so friendly and they care that we were comfortable. Very clean! So much attention to detail.

The only thing not great was the restaurant at dinner. Food was bland and not great. Would skip the restaurant for dinner in the future.

Had a great time. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Francesco had great recommendations and always made sure we were taken care of. Luca made our time at the beach seamless.

Formidable ponton « sur la mer » qui permet de profiter de la mer dans le confort. Vue magnifique. Personnel très agréable notamment les sauveteurs. Petit déjeuner de bonne facture. Nous avions la catégorie de chambre de base. Notre chambre souffrait d une climatisation défaillante, inadaptée à la taille de la chambre (assez grande). Le résultat est qu il faisait trop chaud la nuit; on se réveillait systématiquement. La pièce était également bien sombre. Heureusement il a été possible de changer de chambre. La nouvelle était satisfaisante. L hôtel devrait faire quelque chose a propos de la première chambre (23) si elle veut éviter d autres plaintes Clients. Je note une décoration de l hôtel « discutable ». J ai apprécié au final ce séjour même si je trouve que le tarif reste élevé par rapport à la prestation.

Beautiful sea with great beach facilities. Overall very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view from our balcony. Very clean!

The room and bathroom turned out to be much smaller than on the picture. Breakfast at the last hour of service was hectic with not enough staff to take orders.
