Loved the location and idea of the cabins

Both air conditioning units leaked water all over the floor. The shower leaked and water went down the hall into a bedroom. No toaster or sink. In the kitchen, two bedrooms for four people and only three glasses, no wine glasses. The unit was simple and clean but very overpriced for what you got. Disappointed. If it was half the price it would of been OK.

Loved the family orientated resort with a variety of areas to chill, relax and socialise. Loved the welcoming and the well organised team to transfer us to and from our accommodation.

Personally I would like to be able to have a child free area/pool to relax, which we did use the beach for this option and it wasn't a deal breaker. We loved our stay

Best of all, I liked the Fijian people. They were all very nice, especially Victor in management. There was some miscommunication regarding the 6:00 am ferry and he helped make the situation better. I liked that you could swim from the beach in front of the resort. They have kayaks and SUP boards for free. It is super family friendly and there is lots to do for kids. They have short excursions and activities everyday, some paid, some free. We went to several snorkeling sites, the best was Sunflower. You can take walks on the paths around the resort or rent bikes. My son and his partner arranged surfing right from the resort, they went to Cloud Break. We had Garden Bures and they were spacious and quiet. They have a nice private patio and nice garden views. We had a 10 month old and it was great for him. It is a busy place with lots of families having fun!

The only real issue we had was the food. The first night we went to the buffet, but that didn’t work for us. The Coral Restaurant was not very good, we tried it twice. We had breakfast at the Tavola Restaurant and it was tasty. We were there for four nights and they said the Tavola Restaurant was booked out all four nights. Due to a last minute cancelation, they squeezed us in at the Tavola Restaurant one time for dinner and the food was good. I had read in reviews to take some food, but we ran out of time to make a proper stop at a grocery store. We had some energy bars and peanut butter so we snacked on that for lunch. We had a refrigerator in our room so I would have brought more food.

Sometimes the food quality wasn’t the best, but on the most part was good. The staff can be a bit slow in terms of communicating particularly when it came to linking both our bookings to the same room.

Wished our stay was for longer

Built for families, everything was so great and perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. We stayed in the garden bure, beds were comfy and room generous size for all of us.

Everything is waaaay too expensive. Plus the add ons like paying for wifi. The staff are lovely but more training across hospitality would greatly improve them. Laundry service is also not great. Clothes missing, and came back with more stains than started with
