We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities and overall experience were outstanding. The hotel itself feels like something out of a dream, with its beautiful interior courtyard, stunning design, and large swimming pool, which is perfect for resting and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was spectacular. Every day there was something different on offer, which kept it varied and enjoyable. The rooms were also wonderful, spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful welcome amenities that made us feel truly appreciated. It is true that the hotel is located a little outside Marrakech, but this was not an issue at all, as the city center is only about 7–10 minutes away by car. Overall, an amazing experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing. Maybe just on weekends there was like a type of bar nearby were the music was quite loud and you could hear it until 2 in the morning more less.

Only thing to like was the employees except the manager/receptionist who are helpful, however, most of them don't understand any English so not really helpful but nice people

Stayed 6 days and regretted it from day one. The toilet smelled throughout the entire stay — I reported it on day one and nothing was ever done. For a self-proclaimed 4-star hotel, the price is hard to justify when there are numerous better-value hotels in the immediate area — including several 5-stars with vast breakfast buffets at lower prices. Speaking of breakfast — I specifically booked and paid for breakfast inclusion, only to be told by management it was "complimentary only." The spread was tiny and disappointing. I was given one bottle of water on check-in. One. For six days. Asking for more was met with a robotic "policy is policy." No tea or coffee facilities in the room either. The entrance has a locked gate — unlike any decent hotel — where you have to ring a bell and wait for someone to let you in every single time. After a long day of sightseeing, the last thing you want is to stand outside your own hotel waiting. And aside from the receptionist, nobody on staff speaks English, which made communicating even basic issues extremely difficult. The worst part: this property appears to be running a deliberate ratings scam. Search the hotel on Google Maps and two listings appear — the hotel, and their restaurant next door. The restaurant has great food and glowing reviews, complete with appetising food photos. Easy to fall for when researching. The hotel itself is a completely different story. The manager's attitude throughout was dismissive and unhelpful — no attempt to resolve a single issue, just policy recitation. Save your money — there are far better options right on the same street.
