Das Personal war sehr nett. Vorallem der Kellner Youssef war hervorragend. Er war ständig am lächeln und sehr freundlich zu den Gästen. Sehr positiv war auch die Inhaberin Mira. Eine super nette Frau, die uns immer entgegen gekommen ist.

"Relaxing stay in easily accessible hotel which was hidden away relaxing oasis"

Very helpful and courteous staff, lovely breakfast and pool area. Our room was spacious and the hotel is linked to an extremely good popular restaurant .

The airplanes overflying the hotel were a bit noisy at times but a minor issue and did not impact on our stay

Das Hotel ist etwas ganz besonderes! Das Tor öffnet sich und schliesst sich hinter einem und man betritt eine neue Welt. Ruhe, Sauberkeit, Aufmerksamkeit, Freundlichkeit - Top! Alle Menschen in Al Fassia waren soooo nett! Jederzeit wieder!

Équipe chaleureuse et très accueillante, chambres confortables , piscine et jardins superbes, très bons repas.

Le seul petit point négatif est l’éloignement de la médina mais des taxis fiables sont proposés à des prix raisonnables

It was immaculately clean, gorgeous architecture, fantastic facilities including the pool. Incredible staff who anticipated every need and thought we had, always with a smile. Great food in the restaurant too. I could not recommend more, we loved our stay so much and can’t wait to come back.
