Me gusto la comodidad de la cama y el espacio de la habitación.

La ubicación de la habitación que me asignaron (318) no llegaba la señal de mi compañía de telefonía celular. Me desagradaron los muebles tan viejos y que no contarán con señal de televisión por cable.

"Buen hotel, muy ruidoso"

Me gusto la ubicacion del hotel, esta en una zona de la ciudad donde tienes muy buenos restaurantes a media cuadra del hotel y una plaza comercial muy grande a 2 cuadras, farmacia a un lado del hotel, tiene un restaurante de mariscos dentro del hotel muy rico, la alberca muy bien con un jardin bonito, amplio estacionamiento, buenas instalaciones en general.

Las instalaciones ya se ven algo anticuadas, falta remodelar los cuartos, el accesorio de shampoo y jabon de la regadera estaba roto, la regadera con mucho sarro, el cancel del baño ya se ve viejo, las habitaciones eran interiores sin vistas (no mencionaba esto en la rsv), se escucha demasiado el ruido de los pasillos y de los demas cuartos, falta mucho mejor insonoracion, un poco lejos del centro (20 minutos en coche sin trafico)

La ubicación y la limpieza

La comida no era lo mejor y que me cobraron de más en el restaurante. Pedí buffet y me cobran el buffet más unos huevos a la carta. Y para resolverlo se tardaron muchísimo y tuvieron que hacer un trámite muy largo. La mesera y la cajera culpándose entre ellas

La ubicación es muy buena.

El hotel es regular. Bueno para dormir pero no muy comoda para pasar varias noches. Tuvimos algunos problemas con la limpieza, especialmente en el baño. Algo importante, no hay riel de apoyo en la regadera para personas con discapacidad. Falta de tollas y artículos como papel y pañuelos estaban ya casi acabados cuando llegamos. Algo raro es que el gancho y la reja para las toallas es muuy alta, pero eso es solo un comentario. Aún así no tengo quejas del servicio de los y las trabajadoras que te atienden. Estacionamiento amplio y seguro.

Las ocasiones que pedi desayuno, dos mas o menos y una super mal, con cabellos en la comida quedaron de hacer reembolso y no fue asi, me dejaron ahi los trastes dos dias, sin limpiar los muebles, super sucio.

que no cumplieran con la limpieza correspondiente a pesar de haber dejado casi todo en orden, nunca limpiaron los muebles, ni recogieron los trastes de un desayuno
