Son unos groseros y no tomaron en cuenta mis peticiones

Pedi una habitación donde no hubiera mucho ruido y me mandaron a las habitaciones que estan hacia el casino, pedi me cambiaran y solo me mandaron un pasillo mas cerca de casino. Solicite el prestamo de una plancha y me dijeron que ya no tenían, la volvi a solicitar al día siguiente y fue la misma respuesta, pedi facturación de unos alimentos y nunca me la hicieron, en fin no vuelvo a quedarme en esta cadena de hoteles

"El hotel muy bien si te hospedan en la nueva sección, sino ni te pares..."

Por las promociones aplicadas por booking el establecimiento decide a que parte del hotel te manda, lo cual para nosotros implicó una habitación no tan moderna como la habitual, pero lo mas importante en mal estado de limpieza, al escalar esta situación con el personal de guardia, si bien al principio fue negativa al negarse a cambiar la habitación, al final acabaron accediendo y nos reubicaron a una habitación de la nueva ala. Creo es importante que booking busque que si hay promociones el hotel reconozca la categoría de lo contratado para evitar esta situación que al viajar con familia es simplemente inaceptable.

El servicio de restaurant es muy bueno.

Mate 2 cucarachas en la Habitación que me tocó, esto en el área del baño y la ventana del mismo no cerraba bien, por lo tanto, había mosquitos al interior de la habitación.

"The beds are super uncomfortable.they shut the power off if you leave the room so if you have things in the refrigerator"
