Children's pool was heated to around 27⁰C. Pool and beach are right next to eachother, making it easy to go back and forth. Lovely sandy playground at the beach. Great food, both in selection and quality, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good cocktails included in the all inclusive. Very friendly and helpful staff all around, especially Lujza and Aida of the animation staff, the kids loved them. Always free sunbeds at the pool and the beach. The room is spacious and allows separating the kids and parents area with a sliding door.

It was quite windy in early October, so the kids were cold quickly after getting out of the water. But can't blame the hotel for that :) Some of the toys at the kids playroom and the beach playground would need to be replaced.

Troppo cibo. Si ha la sensazione che molto cibo venga sprecato.

The property is fantastic, with excellent facilities and very supportive, helpful staff.

The food could be significantly improved, as its quality doesn’t match the beauty of the location, the building, or the rooms. Additionally, the food provided for infants contains salt and sugar and appears to be made from frozen ingredients rather than freshly prepared.

Also das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut. Ganz besonders muss man auch mal das Personal im Service für Restaurant sowie die Putzfrauen erwähnen diese ziehen wirklich durch und sind immer super freundlich!! Pools sind alle top, es gibt immer eine Liege, der Strand ist ok und das Essen war auch gut. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel wirklich empfehlen.

Die Animation wird jedes Jahr schlechter, unmotivierter und unkoordinierter. Die alkoholfreien Cocktails wurden geändert und sind nicht mehr so gut wie die Jahre zuvor.

Foi tudo maravilhoso. Atençao que as fotos não fazem justiça ao que se vê ao vivo. A praia é maravilhosa e de água bem clara e quente. A comida buffet é do melhor com muita comida variada todos os dias. Se querem um all include para a família este é o sítio certo.
