great location adjacent to Kit Carson park. EZ gate to the park and perimeter walking path. The kitchenette functioned very well. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable and EZ to use.

Beautiful resort. Mobile checkout was very convenient. Didn’t like having to pay $5 a day for WiFi, or only having one thin blanket on the Murphy bed. Who doesn’t have free wifi!? Also, no breakfast included, which isn’t a dealbreaker, but good to note.

"Our stay was nice, but the checkout time is too early."

Patio for each room.

Check out time too early. There was a lot of construction at the entrance, making it difficult to walk to the square.

We were in town for a wedding and ate breakfast at another location

Unfortunately the road construction made it difficult to cross the street and travel in town. But that is temporary.
