Casa Culinaria - The Gourmet Inn

The breakfast was exceptional. We got served by a Cordon Blue chef, who delighted in serving us her most creative home-made treats. It was clear she loved her work and this was apparent in her culinary creations.

this was my second stay at casa culinaria, i would stay there again - charming property, quiet street and proximity to the plaza/everything santa fe has to offer "downtown" is a marvelous plus

during this stay, i only saw a staff member once (my last full day in santa fe) - which was not an issue since i had no problems during my stay, but it did seem a little odd that, essentially, no one seemed to be around before the 10A-5P hours for business included in my welcome instructions

Charming place to stay when in Santa Fe. Will be my go to home when in town.

The rooms, decor and gardens were all beautiful!

The grounds were nice and well manicured. The maid staff was excellent

There was no communication with the management at all. All contact was either in a very brief email or in the paper left in an envelope for us. When I went to the office with a request a woman told me to leave her office and then answered my request in a rude manner. We never talked with another person in charge the entire time. No welcome when we got there or thank you when we left. We did not try the breakfast because there was no information given to us other than it was $37 per person. We chose to eat out for breakfast at somewhere less expensive where we were not committing to a large brunch, if that’s what it was.

The courtyard and room were tastefully decorated and beautiful. The vibe was very welcoming and relaxed. The location was walkable to the central plaza of Santa Fe. Easy to park and get around. It was lovely to have a fireplace and small sofa at the end of the day. You won't be disappointed here.

I wished I could have seen the courtyard in full bloom - it looked ready to pop for the spring! Nothing was unlikeable~my stay was very relaxing.

Very comfy beds (for those who love soft mattresses), good coffee, Blanca (one of the housekeepers)was very helpful and kind. Blanca realized I was lost finding the room and helped me all along the way.

I didn’t feel welcome there. It had a cold feeling, the house was beautiful but not welcoming. No one greeted me, there was just an envelope even though I arrived during specified check in times. And my travel bottle with expensive conditioner disappeared from the shower. The whole bottle, just gone. So weird and disappointing.

Location was good, just a little walk to town (about 4-5 blocks).

We did not have breakfast--seemed expensive. We liked the property and it's setting most of all--quiet peaceful areas for respite and reconnection.

They did provide supplies for making coffee in the room. Would have been nice to simply have them provide coffee in a common area with the condiments (cream & sugar) so that one could get coffee and not have to make it in the room. We asked about morning coffee and were firmly told, coffee is reserved for guests who have paid for breakfast.
