Cute place. Very nice room and clean. Can't comment on staff as we arrived late (around 6pm) but spoke to someone on the phone who gave us directions as to how to get in, where to park, codes, etc. Didn't see staff when we left. Checkout time is 10am as opposed to 11am in most hotels. Not sure if they provide breakfast as we didn't see anyone or much activity when we left at 10am. Would probably stay at a hotel next time with more amenities and closer to shops and restaurants.

"It was cold, uncomfortable, and poorly managed, I wouldn’t stay here again."

The location was nice, and the gardens and courtyard looked pretty. It had a historic charm, which could have been great with better management.

The check-in was awful, no staff present to assist upon arrival, and I had to wander around in the cold trying to figure things out with barely any light so it was a very uncomfortable and stressful check-in. The bed was super uncomfortable, and the whole setup felt unsafe. The locks weren’t secure, anyone could have walked in, and the policy saying guests are responsible for stolen items made it even worse. It felt like they didn’t care about the guests at all.
