Loved the location, the cabins and the staff. Charlene and Lauren were incredible. Loved everything Dd I mention that Chalene and Lauren were amazing?

Everything was perfect. We had some plumbing issues one day, but they sent someone in to fix it within minutes and made it all fine. Then they gave us breakfast coupons for the inconvenience . Fantastic customer service .

Die Lage, direkt am trail. Tolles Lokal, gutes Essen, nettes Personal. Der trail ist sehr empfehlenswert, am besten früh losgehen ,bevor die Menschen eintrudeln.

Mir fällt nichts ein.

Nice location right in the national park. Trail starting right at the lodge.

Unfortunately I had some loud neighbours who went to bed late and still woke up very early.

"WONDERFUL!!"

This was the perfect place to stay while in Banff! The staff was so friendly especially Adel & Isabella! The restaurant was convenient and really tasty, we ordered the Fish & Chips and Ahi Tuna. Many people complained about pricing for restaurant, but to be able to walk there and see such a spectacular view we felt it couldn’t be beat! The access to nature was amazing! We will definitely be back with our friends next time!
