La propriété, le calme, l'aménagement des chambres, la proximité avec le centre-ville.

Les matelas n'étaient pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles (trop ancien ou faible qualité) et bruit du système de chauffage très inconfortable la nuit.
