"Highly recommend"

Very convenient location right on the parkway, I honestly thought I had booked the hotel inside of the island, but this one was on the corner. It smelled great as soon as you walked in the door! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The only negative I would give it, and this is a stretch, is the indoor pool smell of chlorine was extremely strong. But I also recognize that it was very hot outside and the room was very steamy and it would be hard to avoid that smell.

"Great hotel, friendly laid back staff."

Friendly staff, especially Joan at the front desk. Extremely clean, great area of pigeon forge.

Breakfast was mediocre even compared to major hotel brand complimentary breakfasts are concerned. Also you had to go through the WiFi password page every single time you left the hotel and returned.
