La temperatura de la piscina era ideal, el kiosco todo el dia abierto me encantó, aseos cerca de la piscina, limpios y con hilo musical, una experiencia única y que decir de la cabaña con juguetes para los mas peques

La ubicación, inmejorable, cerca del aeropuerto y Santa Cruz de la Palma. Las instalaciones, correctas, un hotel muy grande, bien cuidado y con 3 piscinas, una de ellas, climatizada. Muy buena, la atención del personal, mención especial para Raquel, de recepción, por su amabilidad, dulzura y simpatía. Un buen sitio, para pasar las vacaciones.

Me gustó todo, y también, la rapidez para subsanar cualquier problema en la habitación.

Igual sí que deberían ya hacer un cambio a los colchones y demás de la habitación un poco hechos polvo

"Cumplió con lo que buscaba"

Bien ubicado, con muy buenas vistas y a unos 10 minutos de la playa de los Cancajos. Con aparcamiento disponible si no en el propio hotel en las inmediaciones y con varios restaurantes y supermercados en la zona. El aeropuerto a escasos 7 minutos. No hay muchos vuelos, el primero de la mañana sale sobre las 8:15. El personal muy agradable y servicial. Las instalaciones bien en general. La piscina y el comedor bien cuidados y en buen estado. Las los apartamentos grandes y con vistas al mar. El desayuno variado y algunos platos calientes y bolleria van cambiando según el día.

El apartamento muy caluroso. A pesar de dejar ventanas abiertas no era fácil bajar la temperatura. A nivel de insonorizacion tambien creo que mejorable. El mobiliario podría estar mejor conservado. Aunque no hice mucho uso de la cocina en los fogones no se podían leer los niveles.
