Dead bugs under furniture and in the ice trays on cubes, the bed broke the second we walked in and sat politely on it. The room was NOT clean, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the TV in the living room wouldn’t turn off unless you unplugged it, the pool was not open or spa,no coffee,or breakfast, picked up the key from a different address than the hotel where the room was located, the ad makes the hotel look bigger/better than it is, got expired coupon book, shower nob was broken because you didn’t ever get a comfortable temperature for it , the TV in the bedroom would flip around when the remote was not being touched by either of us. I have video of the bugs;

The hotel was under renovations all the amenities was closed such as the pool laundry and elevator. It was a miss leading advertising that the hotel was ready which it was not. Requested a full refund

This property was directly next to a place that shared a driveway for drop off/ the other building lost it's facade & was roped off as a hazard.. Due to hurricane Ian-debris was everywhere! There was NO ONE at desk when we arrived a day late on a Sunday. The room was nothing as it appeared in the photo description by Expedia. It was a room- very small-the kitchen was a walk by...not at all what I was expecting. It had paint cans laying around and many opened air fresheners. Smelled. Never again!

My best friend and I came down for her 40th Birthday. We loved the condo. It was clean and comfortable. Easy to enter. Loved the keyless entry!! Communication with the rental office was clear and simple. The outside of the property needs some cosmetic updates, but everything else was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back and bring our families next year!!
