I love the way the rooms are laid out and the fact that there is a restaurant and beautiful outside seating

Why is it so hard to have fresh coffee out at 5am AS ADVERTISER!!!! GOOD GREIF!!! and then I have to argue with your night auditor at 5:20am when I questioned it and her nasty response to me was: "UM, IT'S A BIT EARLY DON'T YA THINK"!!! how about your management team show up (unscheduled) and do spot checks on your staff and if tasks are being completed, AS ADVERTISED. I worked in hospitality for 20 years and did night audit..........I know the difference. Also, this is NOT the first time I have encountered this problem with this property!! It's every time.

The bar, the vibe, the hospitality are all awesome! Exceeds expectations!

Check in was a breeze and the staff was amazing. The wi-fi was down when we checked in but that didn't keep us from checking in early.

There was a group of young band members during our stay and they were a little noisy during the night on our floor. It only lasted a few minutes...not worth calling the front desk.

Walk in shower was very nice, and room size was great.

No free breakfast and bed was very low for a handicapped room - needed a box spring to raise it up.

Bathroom needs to be renovated - could see a bit of water damage. There was no one at the front desk in the evening.

At the time we were there a school was there and they were very noisy and kept running the halls. The room had water damage that had been repaired but not very well

Great location Loved the bar and the food.

Too few luggage carts.

The location and the convenience of everything.

They only had two luggage carts for five floors of guest and the cleaning staff were using them in the mornings to move supplies.
