Our stay at Hotel Royal Evian was truly wonderful. One of the thoughtful touches we really appreciated was the evening turndown service, where the room is prepared for sleeping — a lovely detail that adds to the comfort of the stay. The view overlooking the parking area was surprisingly charming and peaceful. The concierge team is outstanding, always helpful and attentive. Room service was excellent, and the food tasted delicious. We also appreciated the variety of pillows available, allowing us to choose what suited us best for a comfortable night’s sleep. The front desk team was professional, welcoming, and very helpful at all times. The free shuttle service to Evian city center, operating from morning until midnight, is extremely convenient. The chauffeurs were professional, courteous, and drove very safely. Overall, an exceptional hotel experience with excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Un séjour parfait, tout simplement. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement où tout est pensé avec goût et raffinement. La décoration, dans des tons taupe élégants, crée une atmosphère apaisante et chaleureuse dès l’arrivée. L’équipement est complet et parfaitement fonctionnel, le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme irréprochable. La propreté des lieux est exemplaire, et le petit déjeuner, varié et savoureux, est un vrai moment de plaisir. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent confort, calme et qualité de service. Pour ma part, j’y reviendrai sans hésiter.
