Kamari Hotel

Kamari Hotel is beautiful and they did a great job providing a buffet breakfast in a safe way during the Covid-19 pandemic. The personnel - especially the men who worked at the front desk and the shuttle driver - were all so attentive and hospitable. The man who worked the afternoon to evening shift (I really wish I could remember his name) on 10/23-10/25 was so responsive to our questions and helped us feel so comfortable! The hotel is conveniently located a couple minutes walk away from 2 major beaches and right along the bus route. I would 110% stay here again and have already recommended it to a friend!

We had a great stay at Kamari. A nice and friendly hotel in an otherwise quite pretentious location! The bus stop directly outside gets you everywhere you need to be. We rented ATV's from the place next to the hotel and were able to park for free on the hotel grounds.

Power went out and it took nearly 45 mins to get Wi-Fi back on when it finally did. It was hot the entire time…at times cooler outside but the ac was spitting intermittently at best but wouldn’t cool down…we stayed elsewhere so it’s not because it’s hot out. With that woke up and no water…no hot no cold and had an early flight so had to make so with bottled water and leave. Can understand power outages but no water?

Staff was great! Room was spacious, clean and with fans and AC. Bed comfort was ok. Pool was Great!! Easy walk to beach and food. Also away from the crowds. Right next to bus stop for in town travel which was very handy especially to go get Covid tests.

I choose this hotel for its spacious rooms pool and proximity to the beach of Platis Yialos & Psarou beach at a responsible rate. Stayed 5 nights rented a scooter and was overall very happy with my Mykonian experience. 🤓👍

I arranged for transportation from the port to the hotel for a cost of 5 euro. I gave the hotel the vessel name so they could track the arrival time as it is quite common for the ferries to run late. Immediately upon exiting the vessel I looked for the shuttle or anyone holding a sign for the hotel and there was no one. I called the hotel three times and was told the driver was there waiting and looking for me. The port was absolutely empty and all transportation had left. I finally got a local person to talk to the hotel and they told me they would be there in ten mins. After thirty mins they still haven’t shown up and the taxi line was now empty so I took a taxi to the hotel. Once arriving at the hotel there was no apology or no acknowledgement I never seen any type of transportation at the hotel to pick up guest.
