Voyage effectué en groupe d'amis. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le quartier juif, à 15-20 min à pied des principales choses à faire et à voir à Cracovie. Nous avons tout fait à pied ! Très bon petit déjeuner proposé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour bien débuter la journée. Le contact avec l'hôtel a été excellent en vue de préparer les différents transferts nécessaires (Aéroport et Auschwitz)

Réveil matinal suite à la luminosité dans la chambre, le store n'est pas très occultant.

Breakfast was great, lot of different items and bread was good. They served also crambled egg with bacon which was nice. Location was great, it was in the heart of Jewish quarter. Room was clean and there was still the 18th century feeling we liked. Hotel stuff was very friendly.

The location is fabulous- right in the heart of the Old Jewish Quarter. Easy to access. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. Check out was at 11 am, and we planned to explore the area. The hotel looked after our bags until we collected them at 5 pm, so that was very helpful.

Check-in after 7 pm was easy enough, but could be difficult in the rain or dark if you dont have a torch to see the numbers you need to punch in. We had a lot of stairs to climb to reach our room, which would be difficult for some people.

Lokalizacja ok, w miarę blisko centrum. Klimatyczne miejsce. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, jajecznica przygotowana przez miłą panią w piwnicy. Poza tym szwedzki stół. Byliśmy tylko na jedną noc po pobycie w energylandii. Jeśli dotrzesz późno otrzymasz wiadomość z kodem do wejścia do budynku i pokoju. Bardzo wygodne łóżko.

Woda w łazience wypływa na podłogę jak bierzesz prysznic. Coś musi być zapchane albo rura odpływowa cieknie.

Posizione strategica. Colazione varia e abbondante.

- Letti scomodissimi e cigolanti da non riuscire a dormire. - Materassi a molle vecchi tanto da provocare dolori al risveglio. - Lenzuola corte che non coprivano il materasso. Nessuna protezione sul materasso. - Acqua calda con scaldabagno elettrico troppo piccolo tanto da non permetterci di fare due docce di seguito. - Lavandino minuscolo tanto da non riuscire neanche a lavarsi. - Miscelatore non funzionante sostituito due giorni dopo la nostra segnalazione. - Tende non abbastanza oscuranti che facevano entrare la luce già alle 5 del mattino.
