Bear Springs Hotel

Check in was easy and the restaurant was good but there was some sort of construction/hammering/banging ALL night long. We didn’t sleep at all.

Our room was really nice and clean

Looks new. Free 24 hour shuttle to Yaamava. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Loved everything about this property, the food was impeccable and the staff were all very friendly. The rooms were nice as well. This is a hotspot for concert goers at Yaamava so be forewarned. This would be a 5 star review however I upgraded my room on Expedia and for some reason it did not get translated to the hotel. I ended up staying in a much smaller room than I expected and the entire hotel was sold out so I could not switch rooms. I would call Bear Springs ahead of time to ensure they have the right room.

Service was great… employees have great attitudes and enjoy their jobs. Food quality at the restaurant was great but the food took a longtime to prepare… too long. Rooms are clean and amenities are good but the walls are paper thin… can easily hear conversations and activities in adjacent rooms.

Quiet clean and convenient transportation

Second time I stayed at this hotel. Love the restaurant and that they have transportation to the casino.

Great location & service

I would rate this Hotel a 10 . Excellent and caring staff and very clean. Deepika at the front desk was more than accommodating and everything with a sincere smile.
