Clean, friendly, accommodating. Great location. Very nice room.

Our air conditioner was a little too loud, but I informed the front desk and I’m sure they took care of it.

One problem….at 6am the noise from at least 10 rooms in my wing slammed their doors shut waking me. I was there for a concert and I only got 4 hours sleep because if this. Suggestion - sign with big letters on inside of door stating DO NOT SLAM DOOR SHUT

"Nice place to stay, better than others"

Nice room, comfortable but head of bed was lower than feet (rm 214) and another room (220) had problems w/ the water temp in shower fluctuating hot/cold that needs repair. Breakfast could have been a bit hotter.

"Nice for location "

The hotel was nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. It is right next to a Walmart and several places to geab food are near. The safe in the room worked.

"It was horrible and disgusting my child could have injested the pill but thankfully didn’t."

Our room was dirty, we found used napkins and two pills that my child found and they were anti-depressants. I made the front desk aware and I was immediately refunded my room and we left!

"It was okay for a night or two"

The gentleman that checked me in, was very nice and changed the location of my room to be on the 1st floor without hesitation. He was very accommodating. The hair dryer was great too. The towels were soft, not thin and scratchy. It was very peaceful

I had a very uncomfortable mattress. The side of the bed closest to the door is apparently the side most guest have slept on and as a result it is lower than the rest of the mattress. I tried sleeping on the other side but ended up slowly sliding to the lower side. The mini refrigerator was so loud, I had to unplug it to get any sleep. They supply shampoo and body gel in the shower I guess some people like conditioner mixed in their shampoo and their body gel but I do not and there was no option, so bring your own bar of soap and shampoo. They also don't offer any type of TV channel guide for people who are not from the area. That would have been nice instead of having to scroll through 100 plus channel finding that over 75 of them aren't "available"
