Candlewood Suites Macon by IHG

We checked in Friday afternoon and checked out Sunday morning. Eugenia welcomed us and answered any questions we had. She was very helpful in letting us know about all the amenities. We brought our Jack Russell terrier, so I was pleased that the hotel was pet friendly. The room was spacious and we received a great rate. If you need a place to stay in Macon, I highly recommend Candlewood Suites!

My stay in this hotel has been very good and pleasant. The attention is excellent from its workers, from the first moment I was very well attended by them, all the staff is very professional, especially Eugenia at reception helped me with everything.

Very nice but the mattress was old and bad. Sagging in the middle and no support. Not a good idea when you need your sleep for the road. Not good. Everything else was good

Excellent stay, clean rooms, good location, profesional staff, specially Eugenia from front desk help me with everything, i stay here for 3 weeks and i didn't have any issues in the room, the access from the hi-way is very easy, i will love to stay here again.

Great experience!! Deborah at the front deck was so helful when we inquired on a room last minute traveling with our poodles. Avid down the road messed up our pet friendly room and Deborah saved the day by finding a first floor room at Candlewood Suites to accommodate us. Similar cost to Avid room. Room was clean, comfortable and close to exit and could not have been any better! Thank you Deborah!!!

I had an amazing stay and my room was left very clean, the location is nice and very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Eugenia provided excellent service and was very kind and never hesitated helping me with any issues. I would definitely stay again.

If you are traveling and looking for a place to stay while in Macon, Ga, then I woul reccomnd the Candlewood Suites. The rooms are very clean, it's located in a nice area and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Cassie, who helped me multiple times when I had issues due to booking, and being locked out of my room.

Excellent and comfortable facilities, very friendly and professional staff, at the front desk Eugenia, Norma and Maintenance Chuck, make you feel at home… I love this place. The area is very safe and has easy access to the highway. Macon Candlewood Suites the Best ..

Always enjoy stay in this hotel all the staff is very friendly specially Norma help with everything plus the kichenette in the rooms very clean, restaurants and store close very convinient .They provide a free laundry and Gym . They also have a Gazeebo with 2 grills and a outdoor pool.

The drinks being sold were expired. When I attempted to exchange it, the rest were expired as well
