As a Savannah native, I don’t often stay in local hotels, but Andaz completely impressed me. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, the room was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, and I absolutely loved the Byredo products. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

We had a great stay! The employees were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept. The shower has terrible water pressure, but that is our only complaint.

The Andaz hotel was the perfect stay for us on our babymoon/birthday trip (the staff even left a nice card and local treats for us on arrival)! Great atmosphere, clean, and very professional staff (shoutout to Bri for checking us in!). We got a delux loft, which was very roomy, and the room was restocked daily with the free snacks & beverages that we were taking advantage of. Also worth noting the bed was very comfortable! The location is absolutely perfect if you want to enjoy River St and it was so walkable to everything without it being too loud. We also used the discounted booking option to get a day pass on the on/off trolley and it was great to only be 2 blocks away from one of the first stops of the tour. We also took advantage of a few other of the included coupons, which ended up saving us around $50 total. We only had one afternoon to use the pool facilities, and unfortunately it rained soon after arriving but the terrace was perfect and well kept. While you do pay a “resort fee”, I was very happy with all that it included. As a special note, we took advantage of the on site valet, which was so convenient. We’d use the link to request our vehicle and it was always ready for us. Irvin and Brandon seemed to be around the most the weekend and were always so polite and quick to serve. We are so appreciative of all the work they did to make getting in and out so easy!

We had a wonderful stay at Andaz Savannah and would absolutely return. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was fantastic—within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and many of Savannah’s top attractions. The hospitality really stood out. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink, appreciated the complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and water in the fridge, and when we requested a microwave for our room, it was delivered promptly. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. Special thanks to Gavin, Ervin, Terrell, and Lawrence from valet, T at the front desk for a smooth check-in, and Malika for the excellent local recommendations. One thing to note is that because the hotel is in the heart of the action, you may hear some nightlife and city noise, especially on weekends. We loved being so close to everything, but guests looking for a quieter atmosphere may prefer a different setting. Overall, the service was exceptional, and the staff made our stay memorable. We would gladly stay here again.
