Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Woodstock, ON CANADA

Great hotel overall. Well located and close to amenities. Kids loved the pool and slide.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

Excellent breakfast

Ok for one night stay. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking and opposite a shopping area (Walmart, Marks, Staples and eateries). Didn’t hear the Friday night traffic even though our room was at the main road end.

Bed was too soft for our liking. Breakfast simple affair on paper plates , cups and plastic cutlery . Scrambled egg was the packaged sort.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and great pool with slide. Unfortunately we had an issue with our bathroom, the faucet was loose and coming away feo

Parking is tight for bigger vehicles. Staff is very nice and rooms are clean

The breakfast area was cleaner than in any other Holiday Inn Express we've been to. Kudos to the staff! However, in our room (516) the dead bolt would not latch, and then, coming back after breakfast, the door would not open until about the 10th try though we kept getting the green light and could hear the click of unlatching. It would be nice if the front desk had a list of area restaurants. Other than that, everything was just fine.

The property is clean and well maintained.
