The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating . It was fairly quiet. It had breakfast which was good for the kids, but we couldn't eat the pancakes or eat the cereal because we are gluten and dairy intolerant. It would be nice to see more options. The staff friendliness was the highlight of the stay. It's nice they had a pool but the water needs warming, it's too cold.

I didn't like the fact that the tub was very high to get into as it was a jacuzzi tub and I have knee issues. They're renovating so hopefully the rooms will be painted as the room needs a good coat of paint, the curtains also need changing as there was a hole in it. I expected a nicer place for the price we paid. The picture on the site is deceiving. The place can be really nice with just a few upgrades and a nicer sopha. The sopha is very dated.
