They couldn’t replenish the food

If was ok. Could of offered more choices. Ie same meat choice , maybe dome dlucec cherse for breakfast sandwiches., and mire pastries ie English muffin.

Pool was very cold. And saubz wax nig working. Maybe a place outdoors with tables and chairs to just sit and relax.

The floor in bathroom is sinking and unsafe

Front staff Sanjay was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He is not someone who should work the front counter answering the telephone at all. I would like a manager to call me about his behavior and I plan to file a complaint.

The pool didn't work and the breakfast area was not operating at its best. Carpets in the hallway and on the stairwell was quite dirty.

The front desk clerk took his time to come to the desk when I was checking in.There was a rancid smell as soon as I entered the room. It was awful. The room was freezing. The thermostat reverted to a cooler temperature when my adjusted it. I asked the housekeeper for towels and was told that I had to get them from the front desk. I inquired at the front desk and he told me that he had to get some from a room with no guest(s).😳😔

I liked the soft pillows and hot water

I didn’t like how my toilet would not flush the day I arrived. I did not like how the staff was very unfriendly. I also didn’t like how I was never given a wash cloth and towel because your hotel staff didn’t have any clean. I don’t like how Low the water pressure was. I don’t like how I didn’t have a telephone inside my room so any time I needed assistance I had to go downstairs.I don’t like how yall are over charging for this hotel with so many issues in these rooms
