"Should have never used that 1st room"

Location

The 1st room we were in. My husband stepped in the bathroom and almost went through the floor! Had to be moved but his feet are cut up from the broken tile

"Not good at all customer service lacking"

The location

I arrived at my reservation time but the first room they put me in was dirty and the 2nd room and third was out of towels and front desk clerk was frustrated she had to walk to get towels . So took one hour later to check in .front desk agent also made the statement she would walk out due to the day she was having which wasn't very good for front desk and also she was rude and snappy . Will not stay here again. Also pool was very green and not cleaned at all.

"It was a clean, cozy, and fun hotel to be in."

I like the amenities there at the hotel. It seems to be in fair to good condition. My note is about the light in the sauna room being broken. I also feel that it’s just a little bit overpriced but you are around a lot of things that makes it easier to visit and enjoy if not familiar with the area.

The only thing I didn’t like was how close the amenities were. I felt like the size of the fitness room could’ve been expanded to allow more room for other features for guests to enjoy.
