Charleville Park Hotel & Leisure Club

Breakfast excellent. Room left a lot to be desired. Sink not draining, toilet only half flushing, bottom of shower doors not clean. No phone in room and carper completely bare in places. I informed management on leaving and they listened and noted everything I said, he was very apologetic but did not make silly excuses which I appreciated. He assured me my next stay would be different and gave me his card for me to call before my visit. My sons room was fine no complaints.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, I booked 3 rooms, I didn't ask for them to be together but they were which was so thoughtful and very much appreciated

The rooms were lovely, we had dinner and breakfast and the food was excellent, the only let down was the shower, it really needed a good clean, I would not use it, the shower in one of the other rooms was equally bad, a shame as everything else was perfect.......I would definitely stay there again

Hotel could do with window replacement or upgrade openers latch’s etc

I had a lovely stay and every one of the staff were lovely. However I really could hear the traffic from my room - Rm 304. It was like the bed was outside at the side of the road at times. Maybe the windows facing out to the road could be soundproofed?
