Maintenance needed in pool areas

Superbes piscines.

We liked that it was close to town. No young children so it was a bit quieter. Staff were lovely.

When I booked there was no clear communication regarding the breakfast. When including breakfast it is only a light breakfast. Which consists of choosing one item (muesli/toast/fruit/banana bread) and one drink (juice /coffee) It also isn’t near any ocean water. So there is no option to paddle board/ kayak/swim in the ocean.

Comfortable room with AC, on-site restaurant. 3 swimming pools. Quiet area.

A bit far from shops bars etc.

My comments mirror previous reviews. Our stay was pleasant overall, but it could have been much better with some simple improvements. -Quite isolated location – you will need a taxi to or to hire a car to get around -Some staff interactions were uncomfortable – one staff member (Rahael, for example) would benefit from additional customer service training, as communication was minimal and explanations were lacking. Both interactions with her were uncomfortable for us. The rest of the staff were lovely. -Lack of transparency in some aspects – for example, we booked breakfast included, but on arrival discovered this meant a very limited “light breakfast.” If you want a proper breakfast, you must pay extra. This should be clearly explained at the time of booking, as it feels misleading on arrival. This sets the tone in a negative way and disappoints you on arrival. -Billing lacks transparency – there is a surcharge which you are only made aware of when you pay (around 3.7%); restaurant receipts are not attached to the final bill, so charges cannot be checked. We noticed at least one error in a breakfast charge that we did not challenge and were unable to verify the others. -Limited information about island activities – staff could provide more guidance on what activities are available, as we received no support in this area. -Wi-Fi is unreliable outside the room – it works well in the room but is intermittent in the restaurant and does not work in the gardens or pool areas. -Room temperature on arrival – the room was extremely hot as the air conditioning was off and initially not working, although it was fixed later. -Food was acceptable with a few good options – vegetarian choices are very limited. Restaurant staff are very friendly and keen to help. -No in-room safe and no visible security – this may be concerning for some guests. -TV is available in the room, but only one channel is provided. You can log in to Netflix using your own account.

The rooms are very private and in a very quiet atmosphere. It’s so nice wiith children free policy. Very clean rooms and grounds. It’s like boutique style hotel in Vanuatu style. I stayed at Iririki and I enjoyed this more. If you like it quite then this is amazing.

The dinner menu was over the top. To fancy, didn’t make sense for Vanuatu. Breakfast was perfect though.

The convenient location, the private pool of the room, the island massage available and the something more option of breakfast.

The open access to the private pool with no privacy screen between the two rooms and that the hot water only ran for a bit and then it turned cold again.

Awesome food . Friendly , helpful staff and nice and clean .
