Great location and just the right amount of facilities for us. Restaurant excellent

Probably a bit short staffed in the restaurant- but didn’t affect the overall experience

Our room was spacious and clean and staff were really friendly. We stayed here for 4 nights while we explored the main island on day trips with a driver. We used the pools a couple of times which was nice to have and had them to ourselves as it was so quiet. The restaurant food was really nice and good to have onsite as it is not in walking distance of any other restaurants (that we know of). We walked into Port Vila one day was was about 20/25 mins and mostly downhill, but a bit more of a struggle coming back in the heat (also wouldn’t do the walk in the dark). The hotel staff are able to call a taxi however you have to be careful about how much drivers charge. We didn’t use the bus so can’t comment on that. However I would recommend staying here for a shorter trip if you don’t mind being central in Port Vila.

It might just be the way our room was facing and the wind, however our room smelt of smoke a lot due to fires in the distance. Also the balcony doors didn’t have any curtains/blinds so although they are frosted, it was very light in our rooms once the sun started to rise.

Great selection of pools and nice grounds. We stay regularly. Staff are great.

The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were good, and we really liked our private pool.

The property was in need of some TLC- examples rotten wood on the pool deck, missing tiles in the pools, a door that wouldn’t close in our room.

The bungalows were nice and roomy with a pool outside. Nice location too.

We understood with breakfast included it'd at least be a continental breakfast but only 1 item eg cereal was included and anything else on the continental menu cost at least AUD 8.50 eg 1 doughy croissant or a small bowl of fruit. Not impressed at all with the food or prices. Also checkout took ages just because we extended for an extra paid hour. Very odd system of charging. Bathroom and coffee and tea supplies were not replenished after the first day for some reason.

Mangoes is QUALITY! The staff are AWESOME! The food was outstanding and beautifully presented!
