Only downside is Bedroom don’t have air con for hot days, I would say everything else is pretty good for the size apartment and location. The bad Outcome was the communication when we arrived it was very poor when trying to get access in while we have been waiting 30 min outside .
Property was OK but room we were in was a bit tired and in need of updating especially showers. But rooms were spacious with good outlook views. One of the two lifts was out and had been for about a year due to availability of parts and this was a bit of a pain waiting for the lift service. Apartment was in a good location for us and will use a again but will likely enquire about getting a more luxury room.
Great location very near the beach and just a few blocks outside the busier parts of Surfers. Building is a bit older, but has essential amenities. Best part, the front desk staff who were excellent and helpful. Would gladly stay there again.
We liked everything about this place. Friendly staff, clean, spacious and and cosy apartment with an awesome view. We would definitely consider coming back here again.
The main bedroom bed very uncomfortable and darker window treatments in main living area required as very bright in the morning and afternoon can only imagine how hot it would get in the Queensland heat. Our visit was in milder weather conditions.
PROS: Nice ocean and lake views, great size apartment and quiet location. CONS: appeared the apartment hadn’t been used for a while as it was a little dusty, crockery had to be washed prior to use, blinds would open but could not be raised, slide door to balcony difficult to open and close. CONS not a deal breaker. Would stay again.
We (family of 5) stayed at the Regent Apartments during the July 2022 school holidays. The two bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable, with the second bedroom large enough for three single beds. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cooking utensils. The apartment complex has two pools which the kids loved, even after spending the day the beach. The beach is a 2 minute walk away, and Cavil Avenue an easy 8-10 minute walk. If walking isn’t your thing there is a tram stop and bus stop close by. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and the Regent Apartment complex was a great place to stay. We will definitely stay there again.
Apartment is amazing and close to the sea my family enjoy it very much.
Beds are so comfy, bathrooms are clean, small lounge in the 2 bedroom apartment and a little expensive, bus to airport on time.
