Clean and spacious apartment close to the beach. Short walk to Surfers Paradise and a fantastic dining spot 2 mins walk away, Northcliffe RSL. We will definitely be staying here again! Owners were very helpful, had an issue with the washing machine not starting and they were fabulous- fixed it straight away.
Tje only good thing was the proximity to the beach and surrounding bars/restaurant's. Would not recommend and would never stay again, extremely rude and arrogant owner/manager. I was told that he couldn't care if I left due to advising no air conditioning and fans didnt work and one bed short resulting in a few unhappy and miserable children as well as myself and my wife as I didn't book thriugh him and booked through wotif. Once we were relocated to a room with the correct number of beds and air con that worked, we were kindly given the worst car park in the place and a very dated, ordinary room. On several occasions the owner/ manager entered the lift we were in and totally ignored us. Not to mention calling wotif on 2 separate occasion only to be put on hold for 25 -30mins to be told, you're going to be relocated isn't that enough. Again, extremely poor handling of the situation. We paid for a room as advertised with air con and booked for everyone to have their own bed. Never again will i book with wotif and never again will I stay or recommend the Regent at surfers paradise. And I'm still awaiting a return phone call from wotif from 1st January
I loved the indoor pool and spa. Very convenient to patrolled beach. Easily accessible and staff were pleasant.
Great apartment which was easy to check into after hours. Apartment is really big and had great air con and a wrap around balcony. Awesome facilities with an indoor and outdoor pool. Location is one street back from the beach and really close to everything else in surfers.

A few things needed fixing button in main bathroom Sliding door hard to close in living room,sliding door in room didnt lock,other than that lovely place to stay my children loved it and would like to come back.
Very Clean, spacious, great location, friendly staff, and reasonably priced for the quality of Apartment. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
