"Good enough for one night"

It was fine for one night, but it is very very dated and needs updating. It was clean and comfortable enough and I was happy to actually have a hot shower. My room was on the street and I was expecting it to be noisy, but it was not too bad at all. No elevator! Lots of stairs to carry luggage up!

Beautiful hotel, great staff and good location. We had a lower level room off the courtyard. It was noisy during the day but not much at night. It's part of the charm. If noise is an issue for you, pay more and get one of the rooms on the upper levels.

The NOSIEST hotel i have ever stayed in. The room furnishing were broken, unfit, damaged etc. Wifi was spotty at best, NO AC, Had to pay extra for TV remoted, Manager of hotel confirmed price for last day of stay, refused to honor that rate. Hot water in shower was inconsistent, towels were not replenished daily. I would NEVER recommend this place to stay.

Pros: Location, is walkable... close to the beach and malecon. Cons: I stayed in the first floor and is very loud, impossible to sleep/rest.

The staff were wonderfully pleasant and helpful. The building is clean and feels secluded, while being a very short walk from great cafes and shops. This is the most reasonably priced and nicest hotel I’ve found in Puerto Vallarta.
