außerordentlich nettes Personal an der Rezeption, sehr schöne und moderne Gemeinschaftsbereiche im EG (Zugang, Lobby, Speiseraum, Pool), sehr gutes Frückstücks- und Abend- Buffet, kostenfreies Parken des Mietwagens auf der Straße vor dem Hotel möglich- aber wenige und enge freie Plätze, sehr gut gelegen - 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand, Hafen und Straßenbahn

Bad im Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen

The common parts: lobby / pool / gym were newly refurbished, fresh and clean. The location was excellent.

The rooms are very dated, pillows extremely thin and there was unfortunately a cockroach outside our room which was left there (dead) for 24hrs.

The hotel lobby & pool area are nice. Location is good, short walk from the beach and good bars / restaurants.

Unfortunately this hotel was massively underwhelming. The hotel lobby area is quite deceiving as it is nicely decorated however the bedrooms are outdated, under equipped and the beds were not comfortable. Our balcony door was stiff and the lock was loose. The floor wasn’t cleaned and the bath towels weren’t changed until our second to last night. The food was poor.

Pas de parking pour les scooters. Pas d'eau pour la demi pension, toutes les boissons étaient payantes.

Super little hotel . Great location less than 2 mins from the port . Comfortable rooms and clean Great pool . Good supply of sunbeds . Daily cleaning service . Fridge in room / tea making facilities . Good views. The breakfast is superb . Hot usuals ( Eggs / Pancakes / Sausages / Bacon) , cold salamis / cheese/ yoghurts . I like the fact they charge 1.50 to change the pool towel . This is great and environmentally friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful ( shout out to Dave and Hozez ) For a detailed review check out my Google review to be uploaded shortly .

The elephant in the room . The bathrooms do need an upgrade however , they supply body wash , hand wash and body lotion . I do consider more staff should be available generally , particularly on the bar .

We liked the location of the hotel as it was less than 10 mins walk to the port and nearby shops and restaurants. Location was quiet and safe. Most of all, it was very well connected to public transport. We were able to explore Soller, Valdemossa and Deia with local buses! The room was clean, spatious, and we were given a mountain view which we enjoyed waking up to in the morning. We also liked the free breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. I can tell the hotel was recently renovated with stylish interiors except the bath which was a little old

We were given a "double bed" but was really 2 single beds put together that splits during the night.
