Everything was fine.

The upgraded my room to a nicer one for no additional charge.

The fan in the room kept the air cool.

This is a low budget motel so the building is a little worn out but the needs are comfortable and the management is top notch.

Nice location, quiet, close to center of SLO. Staff very helpful!

I waited until just a few weeks before Cal Poly first year move-in days to book a hotel and this was about all that was left. It's pretty dated and run down, and sure, in a peak time it seems expensive for what you get, but that's supply and demand. The welcome was friendly and the host was able to put us in a room that was a bit more spacious. The room was reasonably clean, everything was just very old and a bit crumbling. Great location to both the campus and the downtown. All fine.

no hot water for the shower was a big disappointment

Location is really good; it’s like 15 minutes from down town the mission, 18 minute walk from the Amtrak, few minute walk from the 7-eleven and coffee shops and restaurants. Room was dated, but was clean. There was working aircon albeit noisy. Staff were friendly and helpful. For the money it was very good

Plug sockets weren’t great … I had to charge my phone in the bathroom and the adapter kept falling out all the plugs in the room
