You told me duri g a phone call that there was no free breakfast...i specifically asked the lady at the front desk if we got breakfast with our stay and she said no...we looked for breakfast restuants in hamilton and didnt have much luck thinking we would not get breakfast...Then the morning of breakfast we didn't hurry down to make sure we got there before it was over, we called and asked why they didn't do breakfast and the lady said that we get breakfast but it closed 20 minutes ago. I can't tell you how screwed up up are with what they just said vs what you do....how can i figure out what the rules are when you don't know yourself. .we come here every year and always get treated unkindly and unsatisfactorily

Beautiful hotel with all the extras! Easy access to food and walking trails! Pet friendly with treats for our dog as well as warm cookies for us! I will definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you!

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Warm cookies at 7pm was a nice treat. And the most beautiful view upon waking up.

Our stay was very comfortable especially after i figured out the blackout curtains. The room was clean and my granddaughter had a pleasant stay.
