Constable bed, quiet, close to my relatives. Didn't eat in the hotel.

The bedding was stained and dirty, pull out couch bed was stained and cigarette burn holes in it, shower head was falling off the wall, shower floor was dirty and broken, the lighting was dingy and yellow.

The linens for sofa bed was dirty when tols staff clean linens were given. Bathroom door had a hole in it. There were 8 holes in the wall by bed. Messy spackle job to cover.

We chose this Choice Hotel because we are Choice members plus the location and the cost for two separate rooms. The hotel is an older Inn, but was very clean and we did see a few room updates. You could see wear and tear but it satisfied our wants and needs. The employees were very nice and we had no issues while our one night stay. The location was 40 minutes away from the Hershey Park Stadium for a concert.

Check in was easy and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.

Place could use an entire interior makeover. Rusted and heavily scaled faucets, missing molding and seals around the tub. And what looked to be black grime within the tiles in the shower. And different what I hope sauces and dried beverages still on walls. A deep cleaning is needed and a lot of repairs. Only stayed here because it was closest to where I had to be. The marketing images are completely fabricated, compared to the room I stayed in.

I went there at 2pm. My brother was going to pay, he told me I had to pay. I said cancel it. He's refused. He wasn't supposed to charge until arriving. Yet still he did. So I told the clerk cancel everything. I told him I want my money back in my account now 😡

The hotel is outdated, but it worked for us. The one thing that didn't work was accessibility. It said it was accessible, and after making the reservation I called to make sure it would be accessible to someone in a wheelchair. It was very, very difficult and we got my husband in the front door in his wheelchair, but we were literally in the room that was most distance from the front door, and when we got there, the wheelchair wouldn't fit through the room door. I was suggest some updates to the building, and either make it more accessible, or stop advertising that it is.

Easy check-in, helpful staff and descent location. The hotel is dated but was clean and cost effective!
