Better than camping or sleeping in the car

This place was disgustingly dirty. There are dirty fingerprints and a dried booger on the bathroom walls. The inside of the toilet had mold, it is common for toilets to get dirty, but everyone on the face of the Earth knows how to clean a toilet except for the “housekeeper” of this establishment. There is some foreign matter splashed down all of the doors. There is dirt and grime on the phone that I had to use to call the front desk to ask for a different room because it was so repulsively disgustingly unclean. Which they did not have available. Above one of the beds the ceiling was wet and Moldy And patched up Horribly. Every surface in that room needed to get cleaned and disinfected. I am so glad I had antibacterial wipes with me, because I was up until 3 AM cleaning enough so that we could use the bathroom and sink and the surfaces that any of our belongings came in contact with I had to clean. The manager the next morning heard all of the issues and I let him know I had pictures to show him. He was happy to let us get our money back for the second night as we were checking out.

Clean and convenient

We spent the weekend, staff was very friendly, lobby was clean and welcoming! The room was clearly recently renovated with new mattresses and flooring. The AC was phenomenal as it was well over 95 outside and our room was chilly. We will gladly stay again!

Better than I was expecting, honestly. Everything seems clean and in order, we’ve had no problems here.

We mainly stayed here because we had an event in Lebanon and every hotel within 30 minutes was booked. It’s a nice little spot and the staff was very friendly. Check in was easy. There was a free breakfast though we didn’t have a chance to use it. There’s two restaurants right next door and fast food and gas stations are nearby. All that said the property could use some major upkeep. The main stairwell when you walk in reeks of animal urine, with stained, dirty carpeting. The main hallways outside of the rooms themselves had an odd smell too. The room itself smelled fine, the AC worked great and there was good water pressure. The room was clean, however there were permanent stains on the carpet and some of the furniture. Also there were lots of patches on the wall that had never been sanded or repainted. The bedsheets were clean and the bed was comfortable, and the tv worked great. I would stay here again if I had too, the price was good for what you got, but if it was an option I’d probably pay more for a better room at another hotel.

Air conditioner was so loud could not leave it on, made room stuffy at night. Room key was hard to use.

Room was spacious. Staircase needs cleaning, carpet smells.

The hotel was dirty, poorly lit, noisy and poorly maintained. It felt unsafe.

The only issue I had is the air quality. It smells of cow maneure all over town. Anyone not used to it may be surprised.
