Friendly receptionist, horrible location and place. We did not stay after seeing 2 different rooms and were refunded.

Horrible location, destroyed building out front, bees surrounded front of building, spiderweb and spiders everywhere, room not cleaned properly, hairs in the bed on sheets, badly stained furniture, etc. She apologized, showed us another room and was the same situation. She refunded us and we went to another hotel.

Nothing at all the staff are rude to guests. They pick and choose who they help and they get smart with guests who actually tell them what’s wrong with the property or there rooms.

I don’t like the way staff handled a situation. As legal consultant I hope that pregnant young lady gets a lawyer. They really gilt tripped her into signing paperwork so she couldn’t sue. And recording that poor lady without her permission was so unprofessional

Dimly lit room. Faulty light fixtures. No mini fridge. Generally speaking a run-down place.

This place looked so disgusting we turned around (cautiously) and drove out!!! We found another hotel.
