Service was a little delayed when I asked for my baby's food to be made urgently. They should prioritize basis requests from customers.

Property was good overall - however , did not receive the newspaper on any of the days I stayed there . Also - room service is extremely prompt but a bit disorganized .

Service in restaurants and bar was poor, wrong orders and later orders on 4 out of 5 occasions. Complained to restaurant manager at the time, and at check out. Acknowledged and a very small discount given. However this spoiled our whole experience.

It's a nice resort for a family outing. Remember that there's nothing around for several kms and you will be eating there all the time, so it's best to get the room with breakfast. The nearest restaurant outside the resort is 30 mins away.

Brilliant property with lots of thibgs to do for kids n adults alike. Very helpful staff as well.. overall a great place

The room was not well maintained - there was no carpet flooring which meant that the floor was moist and my two year old son used to fall while walking. The bathroom was average: the sink knob was loose and the commode was unclean. AC control was not working and use to go to original setting of 21 degrees. The food options in the buffet were not extensive and in my two day stay things were repeated. Room service was not worth it, we had ordered dal khichadi for my son and they had sent a stale cold dish (we eventually asked them to replace) There are no hotel organised activities for families/kids and nothing worthwhile to see nearby The only good part about the hotel is the pool

They make a killer Cuba Libre. And the shower is fantastic. Rest is quite average. Concrete structures built en masse in the middle of ecologically sensitive coastal areas. The Spa Villa that we stayed in (a tiny discount if you use the spa facility) was large with every inch full of damp and fungus if you go anywhere in and around the monsoon season. The acoustic is fantastic: with the bathroom located right in the middle of the villa, the sound travelling in and out of the loo travels unimpeded. The beds are too soft. Built in the middle of wilderness, there is a strong possibility of finding a snake under your pillow. I wonder where they dispose off the tons of plastic and other urban waste that the resort generates. They have an ill-maintained tennis court and an okay gym. Swimming pool full of people trying to get their money’s worth. Understandable because with that budget you can have a comfortable holiday in Paris if you don’t count the airfare. The food is Indian Shaadi food. Indulge if you think you are underweight! They don’t charge for drinking water. The staff is polite and professional.

Great hotel for the price. Friendly staff. My one complaint was the music they play in the passages and outside area which can be heard in the rooms all day long, I had to ask them to reduce the volume which they did.
