Taj Alibaug Resort & Spa

First of all this was my second visit last was in last year. Came back bcos of last great visit but this time it was bad... I did a online booking same as last for bit more price than last but got altogether different room forget poolside not even pool facing... and was told by the staff that room allotment have changed now poolside only available offline which I was not told online and at the end was charged for table snacks which not a big deal but even it was not done in my last visit... so guest lot of things have changed so plz do through inquiries before booking... good thing was I was offered poolside room at night which I didn't took anyways as I was leaving early morning.......

Resort is nt well maintained rooms r nt fresh some smell in room , room rate is high as we paid five star rate n got service of 3 star ,hospatility is not that much good , tap in bathroom is leakage, taps r old resort is not maintained properly , over all nt worth to pay Improve cleanliness

Very nice and pleasant stay. Perfect place and environment for perfect weekend.

Our stay was most comfortable as the property is well maintained, staff well trained and food offered, though steeply priced, is well cooked and sumptuous. Swimming pool is nicely located and water is scrupulously clean. Good landscaping, well manicured lawns, well laid out rooms / villas. The resort offers a wonderful ambience for a family outing.

It was a pleasant stay with my family for birthday of my younger son. We enjoyed the warmth of hospitality.

Great stuff at Radisson. There is nothing else to do in Alibaug

One of the best holiday stay The staff were very courteous and extremely warm and well mannered The GM should be proud to have such staff to run his hotel

Fabulous hotel. Felt like extending stay for a day again. Spent time in hotel instead of going around.

I'd rate this branch of Radisson Blu as amongst the most child friendly places I've been to
