La ubicación fue conveniente. Tiene todo lo necesario cerca, pero el resto no fue tan bueno.

La habitación tenía un fuerte olor a cloaca, que iba y venía. Nosotros por regresar tarde y agotados, preferíamos abrir la ventana un rato a pedir el cambio de habitación. Aparte escuché en recepción que estaban llenos. El techo del baño se está descascarando. El WiFi nunca funcionó.

La ubicación

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue bastante mala y definitivamente no volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. La habitación era muy pequeña y desde que entramos percibimos un fuerte olor a cigarro. Además, el piso estaba pegajoso, dando una sensación de poca higiene y mantenimiento. La cama fue probablemente lo peor de toda la estancia: el colchón estaba completamente vencido, se hundía por todos lados, se sentían los resortes y rechinaba exageradamente con el más mínimo movimiento. Descansar así fue prácticamente imposible. El aire acondicionado tampoco cumplía su función, ya que nunca logró enfriar adecuadamente la habitación, lo que hizo la estancia aún más incómoda. Otro punto importante es que el acceso a las habitaciones es únicamente por escaleras. En nuestro caso, por fortuna la estancia fue corta y viajábamos con poco equipaje, porque de haber llevado maletas grandes habría sido muy incómodo tener que cargarlas hasta la habitación. Este aspecto debería informarse claramente a los huéspedes. Sinceramente, la relación calidad-precio deja mucho que desear. La habitación necesita una renovación urgente, así como una mejora considerable en limpieza, mantenimiento y comodidad. Lo único positivo es que nuestra estancia fue breve.
